How do I add to the shopping basket?

You can add to the shopping basket basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to basket". Within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket. You will be prompted to create an an account with us. The customer account comprises of your email address and a password.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping basket?

Once you have clicked on the "add to basket" button, your item will be automatically added to your basket. You can then locate the shopping basket on the left hand side column of the online store or via the "Edit Basket" link. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?

Once you have chosen the products you wish to purchase, locate the shopping basket oin the left hand side column of the page and click on the "Checkout" link. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I edit my items?

First locate the shopping basket in the left hand side column of the online store or the link to "Edit Basket".

How do I check the delivery cost on my items?

First add the items to your basket you wish to find delivery costs for, then locate the shopping basket in the left hand side of the website. Click on the "checkout" link. Follow the prompts through to the order summary page. We have specialty items that require special delivery methods and the system will automatically calculate the price for you. From this page you can select the delivery options that are applicable to your items and the order will update to include the delivery price. You can complete your order or continue shopping by using the "continue shopping" link located at the top of the screen.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once an order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered when you created your customer account. You can also view your order online by using this link: https://www.ecocity.net.au/account/orders/.

We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent and the estimated time of arrival.

My order never arrived

Please contact us via the "contact us" page if your order has not been received within the time originally stated in the confirmation email or what you deem to be reasonable.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will let you know if we need to backorder for you and let you know the expected delay in receiving the products. If the item is later than expected, please contact us via the "contact us" page.

How do I create an account?

In the basket on the left hand side of the online store you will see a "Log In to View Basket" link. It will take you a secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later. If you move between our stores, your order will still be remembered.

I forgot my password.

In the basket on the left hand side of the online store you will see a "Log In to View Basket" link. It will take you a secure log in or account creation page. Click on the "Lost Password" button. Please enter your email address below - a link to select a new password will be sent to it.

Do you deliver to my country?

City Chicks currently operates in the Brisbane area only for Rent and Buy packages and uses Couriers Please as our preferred local delivery service for smaller items. If you wish to purchase other online products and you are not in the Brisbane area, please contact us and we can arrange a postage quote. Franchise opportunities may become available in the future to further expand our service.

What are my payment choices?

At this stage we offer Credit card sales online to Visa and Mastercard only. Our secure ordering system will prompt you for your information.  City Chicks also offers a payment option of money order, bank transfer and bank cheque. Contact us for more details. Renters will use a Direct Debit system authorising City Chicks to direct debit each monthly payment from their Visa or Mastercard.

When will my order be sent and what are my delivery charges?

All prices in the shopping basket are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry market, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged. GST is included in all of our prices and we charge in Australian Dollars.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice

If your invoice receipt has not been received, please contact us via the "contact us" page to have one sent directly to you.You should receive a copy via your email and a copy will be supplied as part of your delivery package. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card - Visa or Mastercard only, is charged immediately on purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent.
